CoolSculpt your way to #yourbestyou

We have been Coolsculpting at Appalachian Spring Dermatology for over a year now, and the excellent results keep coming! In January, we started the new year with our new endeavor #YourBestYou. I envisioned this as a way to keep our cosmetic offerings at Appalachian Spring moving in a healthy direction. With media and advertising, it is so easy to get bogged down in a comparison trap that is unhealthy but all too familiar.

Our #yourbestyou Facebook page is where I share encouraging thoughts, videos, and more! I encourage you to join us as we all journey to #yourbestyou in every aspect of life – physical, emotional, and spiritual.

In January, we also began our in-house Coolsculpting promotion EAT WELL, GET FIT, SPOT REDUCE! Understanding that Coolsculpting only addresses one part of our physical appearance, we joined forces with other local businesses for a more well-rounded approach. We have continued to encourage patients to return for follow up photos to monitor their progress. At follow up visits, we have begun offering a complimentary Red Light LED treatment to improve skin tightening, and we continue to provide an inspiring book to complement their journey. The two books we often recommend are Thin Within by Judy Halliday and The One Minute Workout by Martin Gibala, two of my personal favorites.

“I am a 67-year-old female.  I have cellulite and saggy skin from age and years of yo-yo dieting.  I have considered cosmetic surgery to lift and tighten but thought I would try CoolSculpting first.
