Beth’s Favorite Things – Stocking Stuffer Edition

If you’re like me, sometimes stocking stuffers end up being harder to find and more expensive than the “big” presents.  Here are some practical and inexpensive dermatologic stocking stuffer suggestions for this Christmas season.  Admittedly, most of these a little “girly”, best for women and teens. Most are available on Amazon, and we have the Colorescience and Gloves in a Bottle in the Spring Boutique.

Anastasia Brow Kit and Tweezers –The brow templates help sculpt a natural and well-proportioned brow, and the tweezers stay precise for years.  I have personally had my brow kit for over 15 years and have used these tweezers for years as well. While this is the most expensive thing on this list, they are worth the price.

Elon Nail Conditioner – This nail conditioner is great for cuticles, hangnails and the nail plate.  It nourishes well, and a tiny smidge goes along way. It’s a long-term traditional dermatologist favorite.

Colorescience Lip Shine – This lip gloss provides great SPF and comes in a variety of colors.  Available at the Spring Boutique to pick out your best shade in person.

Colorescience Pressed Foundation – We also love this pressed powder for color and sunscreen in a flash.  Easy to keep in a purse or your car for last minute needs.

Tangle Teezer Hairbrush –  I have zero patience for brushing my hair and because I have struggled with hairloss, I want to avoid anything that pulls out my hair unnecessarily.  I love this brush.

Differin Gel and Pimple Patches – Differin gel is a great and inexpensive starter product both for acne and anti-aging. Plus their pimple patches include salicylic acid.

Cetaphil Gentle Cleansing Bar – This has been a favorite of dermatologist for years, and it is my personal favorite.

Gloves in a Bottle – This is my favorite for dry chapped hands.  It has lots of dimethicone in it, so it goes on smooth and protects in addition to moisturizing.

There you go!  Add in a toothbrush, some fun toothpaste and whatever other goodies you can find at the Dollar Tree and you’re set!  I realize this is a girly list.  Maybe next year I’ll get some male input from my husband.  Happy Stocking Stuffing everyone!
