Alastin
New to the Spring Boutique
As my patients know, I am always looking for exciting new products to share at the Spring Boutique. A few weeks ago, I shared about Defenage, which is targeted for rejuvenation of the Epidermis, the outer layer of the skin by stimulating the release of skin stem cells. Another newcomer to the Spring Boutique is Alastin. Alastin primarily works in the deeper layer, the Dermis, to strengthen and grow healthy new collagen and elastin.
Although Alastin provides a full line of products, we plan to feature a few in the Spring Boutique at this time. All of Alastin products feature their proprietary TriHex Technology, which is a blend of peptides and other key ingredients designed to penetrate the deeper layers of the skin to exert their action improving texture, tone, and resiliency to the skin.
Transform Body Treatment. This is one amazing product. If they didn’t have real scientific studies published in real scientific journals, I wouldn’t believe it. Active ingredients include their TriHex Technology, Hexapeptide-11, Candida Extract, Acetyl Tetrapeptide-2, Dill Extract, Linseed Extract, and Plantain Leaf Extract. These ingredients work together to encourage and accelerate the clearance of the broken down fat post-CoolSculpting and other fat reduction procedures. Amazing! It also improves the tightening of the skin and reduces crepiness. We are recommending this to all of our Coolsculpting patients post-treatment. The product works by aiding the body’s natural clean up cells, macrophages, to more effectively eliminate fat.
INhance Post Injection Serum. In addition to their TriHex Technology, this product contains Chromafade to accelerate recovery from post-injection bruising. Ledum and Arnica Extracts reduce bruising and swelling. Another cocktail of ingredients, including Hexapeptide -38, supports hyaluronic acid production. We think our patients are going to love this, especially after filler injections.
Restorative Eye Treatment. We’re always looking for great eye creams! This one contains an arsenal of ingredients as well. Most of which are too hard to pronounce and spell, but here you go…
